WELCOME TO MY FIRST POST

Welcome to the launch of my website, Life with You, and my first blog post! My name is Ann-Elodie Black, but I go by Annie, and I am new to blogging but I am excited to share this journey with you. I am a 24 year old chemistry graduate student. I am currently in my 4th year and have been struggling through it. Last fall, I got married and it has been slightly different from what I expected, but always amazing. I want you guys to experience life with my husband and I and see what life really is like as a married couple. 

A couple of blogs will be about how we met and how we got engaged. I'll also talk about the wedding details and how I was able to plan a strict budget wedding. Ill talk about the wedding day itself and the AMAZING honeymoon we had. From there, I'll just take you on a ride through life with us. From birthdays to holidays, check out how we do each one as a new family unit. 

Besides family life, I will be talking about religion. I am a very strong Christian and God plays a role in our everyday life. What better way to get people to know God than to spread the world. Whether its a quote from the bible or a life lesson, I'll try to update this specific topic once a month.

We have been on a travel ban lately due to covid-19, but Ill make sure to update on travels that we take in the future. So there might be travel blogs here and there, where I tell you the places we explored, whether good or bad. It'll be an informal review.

I also love baby names and love looking at the meaning of the names, so ill be adding a couple of post a month about specific baby names.

Lastly, I'll talk about some strategies that can be used to survive graduate school.Having 3.5 years under my belt, and with my husband having completed his PhD, I think, I'm slightly eligible to give a couple strategies here and there.
